I wish I could give this company zero stars because they are not deserving of even one. When I say DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, I truly mean it. This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. I moved into their property on October 1, 2025, and everything seemed fine until January when everything went downhill. First, they added an extra $96 to my rent and claimed it was for an electric bill. My electric bill is in my name, and I provided proof that it was paid. We recently switched to Evernest after a not so great experience with another property management company. Juan and the entire team has been amazing to work with. They communicate every step of the way. We truly feel that they are treating the property as if it were their own. We could not be happier with our decision to switch.
