Evermore homes is a ridiculous excuse for a company. They build homes and take short cuts, give you a warranty through 2-10 but 2-10 says that with the particular warranty they give, everything must go through Evermore homes to be fixed. I have called, emailed, texted, and nothing. No response. They refuse to fix anything that is screwed up in the house they built. I have already posted one very bad review for this company but I don't think they really care how good their product is, once they have your money they just completely wash their hands of the terrible finished product that they give you, I have been having major drainage issues and due to the terrible grading and ridiculous slope of my back yard I have a ton of erosion, it wreaks of sewage because the field lines are draining on top of the ground, they told me that it was just because of the rain water that drains from my ya... read more
The worst! Created a warranty request on 2/28/25. No one ever reached out regarding the repair at all. Logged into the portal today, 3/11/25, to see that the request was marked completed. Can’t get anyone on the phone from the Columbus Ga location or even corporate office. Absolutely ridiculous.
Do not buy a Evermore Home unless you want endless issues! We bought a new build and have had issue after issue. Mold, improper site grading, and drainage / washout issues just to name a few. The homes look nice but they cut corners and have extremely poor build quality. Update: If you submit a warranty claim, you will have to call multiple times as they will repeatedly miss appointments to look at the issue. So, good luck getting anything fixed even when Evermore has been notified!
!! Update - I emailed to the one Evermore commented but the final answer was to reach out to 2-10 warranty. Everyone just wants to avoid what to be reolved. Nobody answers and the ones related to Evermore gave the wrong information to me. Do not buy Evermore home.
