Clean, comfortable & inviting was my first impression of the Everly. And that’s exactly what we have experienced here! The staff goes out of their was to make you feel at home. Property is beautifully maintained. Apartments are modern. Beautiful community room, gym, outdoor pool, fire pit area & grills. Easy access to highway and Lynnfield Market Place Pet friendly as well.
Thanks to the Everly team for being so welcoming to me and my family over the last couple years -- we love it here. Great patio and pool for summer BBQs. Running trails across the street as well as Whole Foods, Pottery Barn, Starbucks. And a quick escape to Maine and other places north of Boston. I highly recommend!
I have lived here for over two years and it upsets me that some people have said some negative things. If something is not working (fire pit) or the pool. they send us a letter and say how sorry they are and give a date that it will be working again. I did tell them that this summer there were some rather some loud and late parties that needed to stopped at a earlier time (11:00) and it was taken care of right away. Love my new place! Snowstorm this morning enjoyed a nice walk to Market Street for coffee such a great location here at Everly so much here in walking distance love to come home and relax the place is beautiful I love my new place. Was concerned about my commute to Lahey in Burlington but it's been fine so glad I chose Everly. Wonderful staff here always ready to help with anything you need. Would highly recommend moving here. A big thanks to Tim for all his help with my move in.
EVERLY is home for me & my kids.. Comfortable, safe, best location. The added bonus... Friendly neighbors as well as a welcoming & friendly staff. Can't forget EVERLY is pet friendly.. Our dog Adam loves it here as well as all his new friends.
