So its 11:55pm on a Thursday night. This is the second time within an hour the fire alarm in the building has gone off, waking me up from my sleep. It goes off for about 40 seconds, and then stops completely. An occasional electrical problem I can understand, but the alarm ALSO went off at 6am this morning, waking me then too. My boyfriend and I will be moving to Everly in about a month and we're so excited! The apartments are beautiful and the staff is great. We have been working with Tim from the leasing office and he has been wonderful! We absolutely love the amenities that Everly has to offer and we can't wait to move in!

A very nice, safe, & upscale place to live. Staff is all so friendly. The building & grounds are very well taken care of. Pet friendly. Kid friendly. Plenty of room and storage. Laundry machines in every unit. Trash & recycling on every floor. Elevator. Controlled access. Amazing fitness center. Its just the perfect place!
Location very close to highways and shopping. Staff is attentive to my needs whenever there has been an issue. Apartment is roomy, quiet and safe.
Location is nice but the weekend parties outside are so loud it's hard to enjoy the apartment. Rent increases are 10%+ and they charge for parking now. Hallways are typically a mess and they shortened office hours and still close early randomly without warning so you have to take a half day pto if you want to get a package. Services such as package notification rarely work. Keys often stop working.
