Very unknowledgeable regarding probate proceedings, especially if the estate is tied up in foreclosure proceedings. After months of having this attorney on the team my husband received an email explaining that there was nothing she could do until after the one asset in an estate was foreclosed on. Then, apparently, she could help divvy out the rest: NOTHING! If you want to throw money down the drain this is the attorney for you.
