My wife and I had a fantastic experience with EverLights— we are excited to keep these up year-round! Nathan was quick to come out and give us a competitive quote and Ethan did a great job on the installation. The app and setup is user friendly as well. Definitely recommend!
These are great.... when they work. They stopped working this year (3 years old) and the customer service had been atrocious. Had not heard back in months after leaving messages. They finally reached back out to me to let me know that I'm in the queue to be serviced. I understand that things happen and this is their busy season. They are wonderful when they work otherwise.
These are great.... when they work. They stopped working this year (3 years old) and the customer service is atrocious. Have not heard back in weeks after leaving messages. A simple call/email/text to let us know they heard us and an approximate time frame would be acceptable.
Had lights for 4 years -- I have spent 3.5 of those years trying to get the company to honor their warranty -- they stated I had to go through my installer, which stopped selling everlights refusing to service the warranty. Don't use them -- find the GOVEE lights and install them yourself. Save the headache!
