Sales and installation went great the program we run during any holiday is really fantastic
1 star because it wont let me do 0 stars - We spent a great deal of time trying to contact them after our lights malfunctioned. We haven't even had them 6 months. The sales person phone is no longer in service and they are unresponsive to emails. After calling several times they finally replied by text to say that we were in line for a technician. “Great idea. Great product. Too bad they don’t actually work. The first version failed, and then I was told the new technology was so much better and would solve all the problems. So I paid double, bought the new version, and guess what. It’s not working either. Oh, and Let's not forget I contacted tech-support back in October with my first version. I've got an email in January your our our list we will contact you .
I met them at the home show in Sacramento and they had a good presentation and a nice show special. Nathan was terrific. Gave me all the details right up front. Install took about a month but no big deal and the lights look great.
They look great and have a really good warranty. The main reason I chose Everlights was because of an integration to the Home Assistant home automation app. I was a little disappointed that their native Home Assistant integration does not work, but I found a third party integration through HACS, so I’m happy. I would be much happier if their own integration worked. But, they are the only permanent lighting company I could find that works with Home Assistant.
