Stay away—I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. We've been dealing with an issue with our lights for several months, and we've been unable to get anyone to help. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience.

This review is overdue. We had Everlights installed in 2024 on our home. And added more lights to our pergola, RV garage and back of our home since it faces a main road and nothing behind to block the view. While we enjoyed them and all the sequences of custom creating as well and many preset we did have some issues with bulbs going out occasionally. We have had a trouble ticket in for over three weeks with no resolution. Extremely poor customer service I would give zero stars if I could. After spending $2,600. It had been such a poor experience we will be letting our neighborhood and HOA know. We emailed like you said again and still no response.

Great job installing and demonstrating the lights. Diego was exceptional in his professionalism and workmanship. He did a wonderful job explaining and demonstrating capabilities and also cleaning up. I would highly recommend EverLights.
