Aaron was excellent at explaining things and thinking out of the box! The lights look amazing!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Everlights has been frustrating, dishonest, and a total nightmare. The sales rep, Arron, promised me in verbal conversations and in text messages that the metal the lights would be installed into would match my home. That was a big reason I trusted him and paid my deposit. Come install day, the color was completely wrong — and even the installers admitted this wasn’t the first time he’s done this to a customer. Corporate was pleasant to talk to, but that doesn't carry to the local branches. Had someone out for a quote, they were 20 min. late and they never gave me a card or introduced themselves. Then on top, they have ghosted me, no quote, no email. Even the office has no idea who came out. I moved to the exact competitor that the rep. talked bad about the whole time he was here. Glad I found out before I purchased.
We had our lights installed October of 2021. They come with a 5 year warranty and you'll need it, IF you can get them to come out and service your not working equipment. What a waste of alot of money. This product is terrible. Don't waste your money.
