We were one of the first group down here in St George to get them installed and have had nothing but issues with these lights since day 1. Save your money not worth the almost 7 grand we paid for them…we call them the neverlights.
We have loved having Everlights and the customer service is great! We are able to get in touch with them easily if we have a question or something needs to be fixed. We have loved having the lights for different holidays and events!
These lights have not worked properly since installed. I had them installed in January 2025 and every couple months or so they stop working. At first, they would come out to fix them, now I have contacted the company numerous times and they do not respond. I guess I will have to take further action. If you are looking at this company for your lights, RUN AWAY! GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY!!
Love my permanent holiday lights! It’s fun picking new sequences and programming my own to decorate my house. This happens on more days then just holidays
Lights have had problems at least once a year, apparently is terrible and not intuitive, and although the customer service responds quickly, they charge you a ton of money to come out after your year has expired. They tell you it cost $50 plus some unknown amount of money depending on how long it takes to repair them. We paid a fortune for these lights so it would save us time and so they would WORK. Ridiculous.
