Lights have had problems at least once a year, apparently is terrible and not intuitive, and although the customer service responds quickly, they charge you a ton of money to come out after your year has expired. They tell you it cost $50 plus some unknown amount of money depending on how long it takes to repair them. We paid a fortune for these lights so it would save us time and so they would WORK. Ridiculous.
We had permanent Christmas lights installed by this company. After we ended our business relationship with them, they remotely turned our lights off, leaving us with holes in our gutters but a product that no longer worked. They told us they would turn the lights back on if we removed our negative review. We complied, and they restored the lights — only to turn them off again later. In our experience, this is not how a reputable company should treat customers.
Review Our Everlights worked well for a year and then they worked sporadically, some lights would come on sometimes random lights. The company (Everlights) came out 1 time about 14 month's in and said there were connections on the roof that were not working so they fixed them the lights came on at there next scheduled interval and then same problems returned. We had Everlights installed in November and have had nothing but problems since day one. The system constantly stops working, and we’ve had to reach out to support at least every two months or so just to get the dumb lights functioning again. It’s incredibly frustrating—especially after we spent over $6,000 on the lights. Everlights company did a fantastic job selling and installing our Everlights system. Chris went out of his way to help me understand my own electrical system that I had wondered about for years. His pricing was reasonable based on the system installed. They helped me accomplish what I wanted to do by making my home more inviting at night. The installer’s were meticulous and exact.
