An absolute waste of money. They do not support there product. Spent about $20,000. We now call EverLights NeverLights!
We purchased Everlights in February 2023 and every year has had multiple issues with lights (bulbs burning out, app not working, etc). In 10/2024 the management ignored my service requests for multiple weeks and finally after I posted Google and Yelp reviews and submitted a complaint on BBB they got back to me and sent a repair person. One day after posting my initial review, the Everlights on our neighbors house caught fire. (if the video thumbnail is broken, you can still click to play)
Had Everlights installed last December and right from the start, we've had nothing but issues. The very first week, the upper roofline started flickering and sometimes half of the lights don't turn on. 1 year and 10+ service attempts later and the problem still persists. Prepare to be ghosted for weeks at a time from support. Our neighbor is having the exact same issues with their Everlights too.
