Working with the Everlights team was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Matthew, our sales representative, went above and beyond by rescheduling our installation to be three weeks earlier than initially planned. First off, I like the product and it works well. The installers and sales folks are all nice and responsive people. However, I would suggest you insist on photos of your roof before and after install, because I purchased a brand new house (new build) in July 2024, and had the lights installed in December 2024. Part of the new home construction QA process was ensuring the integrity of our roof, and it passed for leaks. I just wanted to give Patrick from EverLights a 5 star review. He came out alone to service our lights that weren't working correctly from the get go, and he did a more thorough job than the entire crew who initially installed our lights. Employees like Patrick are hard to find and I greatly appreciate him being so straight forward and getting right to business as he pulled up. Patrick deserves to be recognized for his outstanding work ethic.

I first saw an ad for Everlights on Facebook months before I bought my home. I checked other companies, as well, but decided that I like the aesthetic of the Everlights a lot more. They quickly sent Matt over for a consultation and he was amazing. He was very thorough and informative. And after calculating the costs, he brought up the question of whether I am a veteran, first responder etc. Sometimes, I forget to ask the question of military/veteran discounts.
