Property seems to be coming along. The newest manager seems to be working on some of the changes that needed to be made, and have to admit really seems to be making the difference with the help of a great staff. Let’s hope the new manager and staff stick around to continue on the right path. The pool is heated and a real perk. The people that live here are great and the location is perfect. Easy to walk to grocery store and to many shops in the area. Great to see some of the recent improvements.

I’ve noticed a positive change since the new management team took over at Everleigh Short Pump 55+ adult living. Communication has improved significantly, and I appreciate that the team took the time to address residents’ questions during the recent Townhall meeting—it really showed a willingness to listen and engage with the community. Living at Everleigh has largely been disappointing from what was promised. Everleigh was marketed as luxury apartments offering a lifestyle of state of the art equipment and amenities in a secure, access controlled building, heated pool, classes & lectures, etc. Enter reality…and you have a building with non working exterior door locks, entry fobs that won’t work, pool that isn’t heated, and has been out of commission for better than a year; Unreliable or nonexistent Internet services, audio-visual equipment throughout... read more
