Absolutely ridiculous, they insisted that my wife must be home for the consultation. They clearly do not want business. She is in office during the day and it’s only a consultation. They even called back saying because she is on the deed she has to be there…. Wild, I hope you do not work with inconsiderate people like this.
Hey I just wanted to thank John for coming out today to talk about my experience with everlasting windows and doors. I’ll have to say it started out a little rough with the sales person who set up my appointment with Thalia. It all was up hill after that. We ordered, then were scheduled for installation. We were happy with the process from Ashley the designer, Alex and his installation team, to John, who followed up with a gift basket.
We had such a great experience with Everlasting Window & Door! From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured. I had high hopes for Everlasting because the products are nice, but the communication and customer service have been extremely disappointing. This was our first home, and we were told our 17 windows and 2 doors would take about 2 days, with another day for the stucco. We were also specifically told the work would not be subcontracted.
