Where to start. The product is great same as Renewal by Anderson. However, all the 1* reviews you read about is exactly how our install and communication went. Caught them in several dishonest business practices or just down right lies. Very poor installation, communication, product forgotten left behind, caulking wider than 1" so places 1 1/2", product ordered and not received, sliding door more 1 1\2" gap from frame when measured.
