Final update. Window has been replaced and it functions properly. Update to my original review. We required some additional follow up and have been given the runaround for the past 4-5 MONTHS! Very frustrated with the service. We spent a lot of money with this company, and this lack of service has been very frustrating. To date, issues still are not resolved.
