I would not leave any stars if I could. Run away from this incompetent, lacks communication and feel entitle company with a bunch of idiots learning to install windows. It has been 7 weeks, and their job hasn't been done correctly in my home. First of all, the window as well as the patio door they installed were too small for the old window opening, leaving a big opening around it. Final update. Window has been replaced and it functions properly. Update to my original review. We required some additional follow up and have been given the runaround for the past 4-5 MONTHS! Very frustrated with the service. We spent a lot of money with this company, and this lack of service has been very frustrating. To date, issues still are not resolved.
