Update: the crew arrived and were very nice guys. They cleaned everything up and did a thorough walkthrough once installation was complete. At first the crew was unaware that they were putting the storm door back on since we didn’t purchase one from them at this time. After calling the office it got sorted out, but wasn’t originally included for the crew. They were able to save our storm door and it goes back into place as it should. I am incredibly upset about multiple instances since I have contracted with Everlasting Windows and Doors. 1. The day I contracted, as a stipulation of the contract, I was told the job would be expedited and complted in 6-8 weeks (as told by the owners daughter who took over the company). I did not receive any communication so as the time line approached so after 5 messages and emails, I was eventually told they emailed my husband and I, neither of us received emails.
