Worked there for an entire month then they fired me and refused to pay me. They don’t listen to their employees when they report that the machines are broken - which means poor quality for customers.

Well...where to start: This place is horrible. Still do not have my furniture back. Quoted time was 4-6 weeks. We followed up after 6 weeks after hearing nothing regarding our piece of furniture being finished. We were assured that ours was the next to be finished, and could expect it back in 2 more weeks, changing the original quote of 4-6 weeks into 8. Once again, we did not hear from them after 8 weeks. Worst experience of my life with any company, ever. I took a Christmas calendar there in January to have Cora add an ornament that went missing some years back. This was a calendar that my grandma gave me when I was a young girl and has been in my family for 30+ years. I explained to Cora that it had immense sentimental value and it was one of my son's favorite things to do over the Christmas holiday...wake up in the morning and add another ornament to the tree. Cora at Everlasting Threads did amazing work for me last year. I had a idea of a Veterans Jacket I have been wanting made for a long time. I brought her my ideas and she made it happen. I am so proud of my military service and I wear my jacket with pride. Thank you Cora for the awesome work you did. I am planning on a vest now and I will be definitely be returning to Everlasting Threads.

Horrible experience! Bad customer service, phone calls were never returned. Chair was at the shop for 13 weeks and not finished when it was promised. Chair was then delivered to us without being finished properly. Cora then tried to charge us an additional $55 to complete the chair as it was suppose to be originally. NEVER do service with this place.
