Our contractor: JD general contractor used this vendor. Cambria counters were installed during our project. Cambria rep Matt, came out to inspect. Matt said the 6 marks were from the hold down straps when transporting. First scheduled replacement was canceled. Rescheduled for Friday 9-5@ 12pm. Everything was going great until they said the new top needs to be polished and we will be back later. No communication for 2.5hrs. We had to call them and leave a message to see what was going on. It took over 2 weeks to get a simple measurement and another 4 weeks to procure material and get it installed. Plus, they couldn’t even get it installed correctly the first time - they had to come back a second time. Finally, the quality of install was very poor. I had to point out an issue otherwise they would have installed the tile on a slant. I do not recommend this contractor to anyone.

Purchased countertop through Floor & Decor and this was the subcontractor they picked for installation. BIG mistake. HUGE. Where to begin... 1. They mixed up the date of install so I had to email them to remind them of the correct date (I have the email string to prove it). 2. When they did get here, I asked them to wear booties as I am 9-months pregnant and not only do I not want dirt to track in the house, but also I don't have a lot of energy to clean up after them. What an amazing job! They removed our existing countertop without breaking a single piece of our tile backsplash. Beautiful cutting work on the new granite with perfectly lined up seams. Fabricators are friendly and professional. Gina and Cruz are lovely to deal with!
