It took over 2 weeks to get a simple measurement and another 4 weeks to procure material and get it installed. Plus, they couldn’t even get it installed correctly the first time - they had to come back a second time. Finally, the quality of install was very poor. I had to point out an issue otherwise they would have installed the tile on a slant. I do not recommend this contractor to anyone.

Purchased countertop through Floor & Decor and this was the subcontractor they picked for installation. BIG mistake. HUGE. Where to begin... 1. They mixed up the date of install so I had to email them to remind them of the correct date (I have the email string to prove it). 2. When they did get here, I asked them to wear booties as I am 9-months pregnant and not only do I not want dirt to track in the house, but also I don't have a lot of energy to clean up after them. What an amazing job! They removed our existing countertop without breaking a single piece of our tile backsplash. Beautiful cutting work on the new granite with perfectly lined up seams. Fabricators are friendly and professional. Gina and Cruz are lovely to deal with!

What a wonderful local company. I have used them twice for remodeled bathrooms in my Pleasanton home. They fabricated my quartz and granite like artists. Seam patterns are perfect. They continue the pattern (design) through the edge. It’s quality craftsmanship. Turn around time was three days from measurement to install. Cruz in the office is extremely professional and yet casual and easy to work with. Installers were excellent. I highly recommend Everlasting!
