I will start with the good. Dan and his crew were very punctual and it was great to have someone come and poor a concrete pad for a large shed in a timely fashion. The bad things are that no one on the crew owns a level. I came home from work and found the form all out of wack. I had to prop it up a solid 1 1/2" on one side. After confronting the crew before they poored the pad, we asked them to double check and make sure it is level. We don't want a crooked shed. It was so frustrating trying to get somebody to even just answer a query until I contacted Dan at Everlasting Property Solutions. His response time was so quick, he kept us informed of timelines, especially through bad weather, and the job was expertly done-- clearly not rushed and much pride in the work -- everyone has been impressed. Workers were thoughtful and diligent (even helped me unlock the door since my arms were full of grocery bags!). Everything was cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommend them

I will never hire any other company ever again, Dan is the one who runs the show... great guy, very professional and very easy to talk to!
