Overpriced. The other two companies in the area beat their price by $200+. After telling him that he did not offer to match price do I guess he would rather lose a sale than lower his price. Also, one of the other companies will give a better idea of how the marker will look once installed. I would definitely check out other options.
On May 23 we stop by everlasting monuments in a time of need. As my wife's brother had just passed in this trying time most people are looking for peace and a way of remember their love ones. We spoke with Teresa a sales person about what we wanted on the headstone and come to agreement. We signed and paid the contract agreement in full. After receiving our money we had no contact with them unless we call them asking where our headstone is.
