So far this has been a very easy process. We are very happy with the property. I have made several calls and text to seller. He has always returned or answered my calls. He is very easy to talk to and is understanding. I loved that they let me take my time and choose the property I really wanted. Not pushy and allows for you to do your due diligence. We will update our experience as time goes. But to this point we are very happy.
