I received a poinsettia plant that was delivered to my residence. The plant was droopy and had a torn leaf, not healthy at all! When I went to the flower shop to see if they could exchange the plant, the person at front desk was rude and indicated the person who sent the plant would need to contact Teleflora but the shop wasn't responsible for giving me a better looking plant! Poor customer service!!!!
This is a family owned flower shop and they do a fabulous job with their arrangements. They are so friendly and go above and beyond to create that memory that lasts forever.
