Bad Business Practices. Billed Me & My Insurance $600 for Contacts when I merely got Lenses (not even frames); hundreds less. Ask about it and Doctor feels angry & justified for doing it.
When I go to Dr . Ngyen office , I also feel welcome. I feel confident that I’m getting the best care every time. It’s a very friendly place to care for your eye care.
