I paid money and the day I’m supposed to have my chairs which I haven’t gotten yet, they not once are answering text calls or emails!! Update never got what I paid for went by that Monday morning and nothing. The neighbor business told me they never have seen anyone at the business…. Still won’t answer anything … and still took my money. SCAMMMMM

Everlasting Events and Rentals handled our DIY Decor Setup and charger rental. We are so grateful for them. Christina’s communication was clear and expedient. Went by their location last week, doors locked. No big deal, it was close to 4pm. Ive since called 3x and left a message. No answer or returned call. Rather disappointed, they aren't to far from my wedding venue, but they cant even return a call for a quote. Back to Google to find someone who wants to do business.

I had high hopes when hiring Christina Collins for our special day, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. While we understand wedding planning is challenging, several paid-for services were either incomplete or entirely missing. Although the owner was very nice that doesn’t make up for the fact I rented a tent to be put in a specific spot for our wedding venue and the tent was placed where the ceremony was happening so it had to be moved. I didn’t receive a call or anything I just showed up to my venue with a huge tent in the front blocking the whole view of the ceremony.
