Vicki is sooo amazing! I truly thought I wouldn’t find a dress during my first experience but sure enoughhh… the third dress I tried on the one Vicki picked out was THE ONE. Vicki and I shared cries and laughs and she was truly just a blessing. I couldn’t have imagined a more welcoming, wonderful experience!! Thank you Vicki for being such a genuine and kind human. They are very rude and not very good customer service, my daughter had a death in the family and missed an appointment and they still charged her $75 because she couldn’t get there, no compassion no nothing I would never go to this place. Hope they shut down.
The dresses are stunning. Chloe was absolutely wonderful—so helpful and incredibly patient. I never once felt rushed or pressured. She was an absolute delight, and I truly felt lucky to have her guide me through this process.
Vicki and the staff were kind, helpful, And made my daughter feel so valued and beautiful. I am so thankful for their support and encouragement as we found my daughter’s perfect dress here!
Can't say enough great things about this wonderful bridal shop! I had no idea what I wanted, my appointment ran long, they let me stay and continued to give me their undivided one-on-one attention. They were patient, kind, friendly, didn't hover and gave my party space to discuss each dress I tried on. They listened to my concerns and helped me to find the perfect dress!
