Absolutely loved this dress shop! I was the maid of honor in my sisters wedding and she got her dress here. The boutique experience was amazing she found her dress and we had a great time. However, the big problems are with the “third party seamstress”. Her work reflects poorly on their company by association. My sister got her dress and it fit like a glove all she needed was for it to be hemmed, add cap sleeves, and a loop for the bustle. She has so much personality, made me feel comfortable, and truly listened to what I was looking for. She made the whole process fun and stress-free, and helped me find my dream wedding dress! Vicki is sooo amazing! I truly thought I wouldn’t find a dress during my first experience but sure enoughhh… the third dress I tried on the one Vicki picked out was THE ONE. Vicki and I shared cries and laughs and she was truly just a blessing. I couldn’t have imagined a more welcoming, wonderful experience!! Thank you Vicki for being such a genuine and kind human. They are very rude and not very good customer service, my daughter had a death in the family and missed an appointment and they still charged her $75 because she couldn’t get there, no compassion no nothing I would never go to this place. Hope they shut down.
