Madilyn was AMAZING!!!! She was so sweet and turns out we have the same wedding date. She even was the one who picked out my dress. She definitely knows what she is doing!!! Her personality just fit right in!! Super amazing time🫶🏼
My family and I came all the way down from Missouri to Georgia for this bridal shop to try on dresses! This shop has amazing staff, especially the owner Madelynn. Madelynn helped my best friend find the most perfect dress for her. She is very informative and knowledgeable about the bridal business and made us feel comfortable the whole way. We traveled from St. Louis to Everlasting Bridal in Monroe, GA, and I’m so glad we did. My daughter found her dress, and it was such a special moment for both of us. Madelynn was wonderful. She really listened to what my daughter wanted and pulled dresses that fit her style, along with a few suggestions that ended up being perfect. My husband had to go back 4 times to get his suit for our daughters wedding and it still wasn't right. It was stressful and put a damper on everything. I called and left a message for the owner and did not receive a return phone call! Update: The owner did reach out to me and made things right. She truly cares about her customers. I will definitely return when my second daughter gets married to buy her dress and rent the groom/groomsmen tuxedos!!
Absolutely love this store!! Service was impeccable, had one month and they helped me try on so many dresses until I found the ONE. Thank you so much I felt gorgeous on my day! Vickie was GREAT!
