I saw Pam for nearly 4 years. She was my first counselor experience and I absolutely adore her and all the staff I have come in contact with. I most definitely recommend this office. Thank you, Pam!
I had an appointment for intake today at 1:00 and was instructed to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived 20 minutes early and no one was anywhere to be seen. At 1:06 a woman came out and ask if I was there for an intake. I affirmed that I was and I told her that I was instructed to be there at a quarter till and I was less than impressed with the place so far. Sent a lengthy email a while back with personal information and insurance information to try to get my daughter scheduled at the Elizabethtown location and never heard anything back. Just disappointing and unprofessional.
