Frank Mondelli is a great and reliable worker. He is very professional and reliable. He always answered the phone and was quick to follow up with.
I dealt with Frank and he was very knowledgeable. He sent a crew out to tarp the roof and he was very prompt with getting an estimate for the repairs. In addition to explaining everything in good detail, the quote was very competitive and I ended up going with them.
Amazing customer service and professionalism and quality. This is my second interaction and service by Everest Roofing Giovani, the owner previously came to repair my roof and this time Carlos came out to repair the siding after latest wind storm. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with home repair and follow up. Frank was quick and prompt on all follow up. Roof and gutters were done better than expected. Very professional and watched out for the flowers around the house. Workings singing and enjoying doing the work. I had a problem with a skylights leaking. Frank came out and said...I had a bigger problem. There were no vents. I told Frank the humidity in the house has been bad, since we moved here. Six years ago. I assumed it was from the skylights. I have seven. Being a widow of 3 years this was a big project for me to do. Frank was very kind keeping in constant communication with me.
