Company is honorable and replaced some defective pieces. The paint finish, however, is extremely fragile for a construction material. Some of the pieces had scratches from shipping - not big enough to order a replacement, but still annoying. But ANY contact with something metallic or slightly abrasive will scratch the finish. It really should have a better protective clear coat.
I would not recommend this roofing product to anybody. I had a few simple questions and I spoke to the north east manager Lee Eastman. Mr Eastman didn't have any concern about my problem. I attempted to show him pictures of his product because I didn't think my contractor was installing it properly. Mr Eastman basically told me he could care less and it was my problem not his.
