A lot of my friends go to Everlane and have shared how much they loved the brand, so I decided to try and give it a shot. This location could get busy over the weekends but the stuff are always so helpful. Unfortunately they don’t stock the curvy series in store but the stuff recommended something great.
Love their clothes and commitment to sustainability. Came in looking for a new pair of jeans and Alex recommended a pair that was so flattering that I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you!!
Worst return experience, zero customer service. Beware of you ever buying anything and returning, make sure to check everything and be responsible because these guys are not. I do not recommend it. All the folks talking about bad customer service - are absolutely true. The products are nice but their shipping, customer service ect. Can really take a huge toll on you so be EXTREMELY CAREFUL.
