Everkept renovated my little farmhouse and has my highest recommendation! I especially appreciated the close communication about “small” details that were important to me, like specific measurements for pantry shelves and how the kitchen counter pieces were joined at the corner. Bud has been in construction for decades and has a network of excellent talent. I had a good experience with EverKept when I purchased a home they built that was a spec house, but I recently paid them to build a custom house. The work was subpar, their fees were high, and their customer service is lacking in many areas. Also, they claim to provide a warranty, but good luck getting them to call you back once they have been paid. My advice, keep looking for another contractor.

I spoke to Lynzi Cowden the listing agent and was asking questions about what options I could get that were not an extra fee, like color choices and cabinets etc. I also let her know I did not like the white cabinets they typically put in there homes and wanted to see if the builder would let me buy my own cabinets and have someone put them in and I understood they would not warrantee them. I had noticed that some of there floor plans had the entry way closet, pantry and linen closet but not all the plans had them all in one... read more
