I never really like kitchenette rooms but this one was very decent. A little noisy outside our room from the people enjoying the fire pit area, not sure that was the best placement for it.

I've been known to give good A+ reviews and bad F- reviews. I have good and bad to address here. I will start with the good. The rooms were spacious with a kitchen, they're pet friendly and the location is in the middle of everything you need right next to the Ford Idaho Center. To start with the bad.. My stay at this hotel was nothing but a complete disappointment. I stayed for 8 nights and not once was my room cleaned. To make things worse, the management demanded extra payment for basic housekeeping — something that should always be included in any hotel service. Guests already pay to stay here, and asking them to take out their own trash and pay for cleaning is beyond unacceptable. Arrived at our $300/night room with the refrigerator filled with rotten food. I told the front desk it was disgusting. We left for a bit so they could clean. Returned to our room after cleaning to find someones nasty shampoo bottle still in shower, spills and debris on floor, and dishwasher still full. Went back out front to 3 workers sitting around and said this room is filthy! One worker said im off the clock. I said I dont care...someones cleaning this room and it ain't gonna be me! Booked for the zach top concert. Got told there was an “emergency” a day before the concert where my reservation had been cancelled. Flying from mn when i got the news. Blatantly overbooked for the concert and didnt get any cancellations. They did make a reservation down the road at a sister hotel for a “better deal” at 150/night. The uber fees were 85 so really not much of a deal, especially considering i had no time to book another hotel of my choice due to the last minute nature.
