I stayed at your location over the weekend little staycation for me and the husband and I've just got to say was one of the best stays we've had the front desk agent her name is Ashley she was amazing sweet kind friendly person thank you so much for such great hospitality.
While the rooms are fine, the busy has a VERY POOR business practice in requiring a $100 deposit at check-in, which hits your credit card immediately, but then the business 'sits' on the credit up to 10 days (per them) after checking out. I have not received my credit 6 days after check-out. Note that the initial $100 is a billed charge, and NOT a hold of $100.
