Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Ashley at the front desk was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacked customer service skills. Poor communication is a major issue here. If it weren’t for the poor customer service, I would probably recommend this hotel and give it a higher rating.
This location was absolutely magnificent. The rooms are exquisite and very comfortable. The accessories are 24/7 and up to par. Absolutely wonderful place 💕
