The room as you walk in looks really nice but as you settle down you’ll see how dirty is it I don’t think they’re doing a good job cleaning, I had a hard time after noticing my sheets and the mirror has probably never been cleaned, the bathroom floor was dirty. Honestly I can’t think of a worse hotel experience. The only thing worse than the experience itself was how it was managed by hotel staff. THE WHOLE AREA SMELLS LIKE RAW SEWAGE!!! So bad you don’t just smell it you taste it! Literally haven’t smelled sewage so bad since I was in Mexico. Second the technology they’re using for the “smart TVs”is absolutely useless only had access to cable TV for both nights even after wasting an hour of my vacation time to talking to their tech support staff. I stayed here recently and was disappointed by the service. One staff member in particular , the manager, was noticeably rude during check-in, showing little patience and making the experience uncomfortable. While the room itself was fine, the lack of courtesy from the front desk left a negative impression. Hospitality should start with kindness, and unfortunately, that was missing here.
