I refinance my home with this company two years ago. They have been responsive and helpful when ever I have had dealings with them. A good company to do business with if you need a mortgage.
Horrible experience. Lack of communication and knowledge. I couldn't close the day I was supposed to because of an "name print error". It was very frustrating and complicated.
Your are better off working with organized crime at least you know where you stand. I had major damage at my home in February and since that time this mortgage company has basically held my insurance money hostage. Everyone who I have worked with since the damage to my home has been wonderful from the great service and response from Erie Insurance (I can not say how great they have been) to the remediator who was at my house in 1 hour to the General Contractor who is putting my house back together to all the other subs who h... read more
I would not even rate them - working with them as a Realtor on a short sale Everhome overvalued the home so much the potential buyer walked. They have no conception of the real estate market in any state.
