This place is a dump!!! Drugs ; Drugs ; Drugs!!! They use the laundry room as a drug room!! I lived there for about 2 months. Within that time I lived there the police were called at least 4 times that I know of. The reason? Drugs!! They were shooting dope in the laundry room!! The management: Dum and Dummer!!! I personally think that Everhart Place is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and very compassionate.
I am not gonna lie one point I was happy to call this my home and it was there for me when I needed a place to call my own but now I hate it and I would never recommend it to nobody the management is poor the maintenance staff is poor and do cover ups and half done jobs and to many problems and reaches and things falling apart and I lived there for a year with UN done flooring and tile lifting and etc....this is by far the worst place ever and the way I was treated...
