I had Everguard upgrade my old 1969 vintage attic insulation to an R-38 cellulose, and also had my west wall insulated to protect from the direct sun heating it up. The crew was very friendly and professional, called prior to arrival, and completed the work in about 3 hours. The insulation level looked right, was smooth, and the wall patches were the correct texture. It was obvious to both my wife and me that the insulation is doing it's job because our heater is turning on much less often than before.

Everguard is exactly the kind of company I wanted to hire. It's a family business where the owner will answer the phone, their prices were excellent and they got right out to do my home and their crew did an outstanding job. The results were amazing, I could immediately feel a difference in my home and they helped me get a rebate and tax credit. I could not ask for more, truly a great experience. You have to be careful, a lot of contractors subcontract their insulation work or they want to send-out a salesman to make a big presentation and bamboozle you with big statistics and an emotional play about how you have to do the job right. Steve, the owner, was very honest and even explained how I should start with doing my attic and hold-off on some other work I wanted done. It's hard to imagine a salesman trying to save you, but these guys seemed sincerely interested in doing what was best for my home. The crew even pointed out some other things I could do myself to further make my home more energy efficient. Again, a great company with wonderful service and pricing!
