Do not go to this place..they are extremely unprofessional. I have had two very bad experiences due to their staff not understanding their own processes and mishandling appointments. During my first appointment with Dr. Ramadas, I reached the office on time, only to be told that I had not completed some forms that were supposedly sent to me but I never received them. Beware - this clinic will occasionally add fees to your bill for reviewing your charts outside your appointment time which aren’t included in insurance coverage, at a rate of $350/hr. You will not be notified in advance when the doctor decides to review your charts and add this charge to your bill. You may be responsible for this charge out of pocket on a surprise basis! I went for the weight loss program. I have only had one appointment. They sent me an email that they verified my insurance. That my MD appointment would be covered at a $50 copay. I got a bill for the $50 plus a hospital fee that was almost $300, because the doctor I saw office was at the hospital. When I complained they said that I signed a form stating this. Very disappointing initial visit today as the much anticipated firstappointment was never even scheduled by Marna. Took a day off of work for nothing. I had to wait two more weeks for a physician appointment and nearly two months for an appointment with the dietitian to even get the program going. Not a good start. FF a few months.... Deciding to have Bariatric Surgery with Dr. John Dockins, MD, FACS, FASMBS,DABOM and his team (including the top nutritionists🤩) was the best medical decision I've ever made.
