I went for the weight loss program. I have only had one appointment. They sent me an email that they verified my insurance. That my MD appointment would be covered at a $50 copay. I got a bill for the $50 plus a hospital fee that was almost $300, because the doctor I saw office was at the hospital. When I complained they said that I signed a form stating this. I have an email and a piece of paper, that said it would be $50. They don't care when I complain and say I should take up with my insurance. Which my insurance says th... read more
Very disappointing initial visit today as the much anticipated firstappointment was never even scheduled by Marna. Took a day off of work for nothing. I had to wait two more weeks for a physician appointment and nearly two months for an appointment with the dietitian to even get the program going. Not a good start. FF a few months.... This clinic does absolutely nothing to help you obtain your health goals. If anything they've only added more stress. Deciding to have Bariatric Surgery with Dr. John Dockins, MD, FACS, FASMBS,DABOM and his team (including the top nutritionists🤩) was the best medical decision I've ever made. It has changed my life for the better! Dr. Dockins program is amazing and he offers every tool necessary for success...but as a patient, you must also do your part.
