Unfortunately I was referred to Amy Coulter. I am not sure if she was just tired or because I am a senior woman, but she clearly showed her dislike for me. When she entered the room, I stood up and extended my hand saying I am glad to meet you; she barely gave me a limp hand!! She is the worst example of a medical professional I have ever met!
Had to call Cardiac Care multiple times to get an appointment scheduled. Very frustrating experience, transferred multiple times to seemingly uncaring schedulers/receptionists. Worst experience with Evergreen, which has otherwise been great. Ended up scheduling my echo with Providence, very disappointing.
