very disappointed in this clinic & don't wait for a scheduler to call YOU b/c they are short staffed & have too many incoming calls to deal with. Unfriendly front desk staff & Dr Stair will not make the effort to work with Regence pharmacy to get a lower drug price thru formulary & tier exception appeals. Instead she sent another Rx with more side effects to my pharmacy. I filed a grievance thru Regence pharmacy 8 days ago requesting to change doctors to Dr Plaskon & no response so far. I am giving a one star review due to my encounter with ARNP Jem Lwanga. When I got to the appointment she was so unprepared. She didn’t even know why I was there because she didn’t look through my chart. If she had looked, she would have seen that I was referred by the ER doctor. 0/10 bedside manners, she doesn’t listen to ANYTHING you have to say. Very condescending. I have been nervous to post this review, as I am afraid of my concerns not being taken seriously. A few months ago, I received a Lithotripsy with Uretoscopy and Stent Placement. The stent was in for 5 days after surgery, and I visited the office to get it out after the 5 days were up. They offered to give me info to do it myself at home but I was too scared. Dr. Salazar operated on my husband yesterday for a TURP and the surgery went really well and so far recovery is moving along perfectly. My husband is not experiencing any pain and he is beyond pleased with his entire medical team including all the people at the Evergreen hospital. We highly recommend Dr. Salazar and his team.
