Online estimated wait time is nowhere close to accurate. I came in when it said 13 min wait on the website. But, the receptionist said it was going to be 30, may be even a 45 min wait. I have now been waiting well over an hour in the waiting area. Meanwhile, the guest wifi is terrible, as is cell reception in this place. The receptionist appears to be taking personal phone calls when everyone can hear her. Just seems like a badly run operation.

I walked in today with terrible pain symptoms looking for some assistance. I walked in no one there or in sight to help out. There was already two people waiting. I left after being there for 5 minutes. Last time I checked this is an URGENT care not a regular office. They need to start treating it as such. Honestly if you can go to Redmond like I did.

The staff was extremely rude. They were unwilling to accommodate our needs and were being dishonest. The posted operating hours indicated they were open until 8pm on Monday. We arrived at 6:30pm but were uncertain if our insurance would cover the visit, so we needed time to contact our insurance company. We asked we can return later at around 7pm, but the front desk lady declined, stating they would be closing in 20 minutes and can’t help us. I am extremely frustrated with the experience I had at your urgent care. I went there for a nose congestion issue for my relative, and the receptionist flat-out refused to accept our insurance without even listening to our explanation that it might not be a traveler's insurance. Instead, they rudely insisted we pay a deposit first. Worst place. Doctor is not capable of diagnosing the issue and simply issues random tests and scares you to go to Emergency room. Avoid this place at any cost.
