When I arrived with concerns since I didn't understand my symptoms or what diagnosis I had for a very private issue - I think the receptionist'# name was Lucia or Lucy? She didn't even care to hear what I had to say, and said very annoyingly that they're not taking patients anymore at 7:30pm due to capacity. Great group of people at this clinic. Everyone was kind and helpful. I’m from out of town, and they treated me like a long time patient. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
Just visited as having problems with sore throat, cold and flue, discharging blood while sneezing but was denied care as they weren’t taking any patients even though another 45 mins was remaining prior to declare the clinic officially closed.
We took our 11 yr old son there arriving at 7:48pm. He had fell off his bike and his wrist quickly got a bit swollen and increased pain. For someone who works in healthcare, I know first hand what it feels like when you have had a long day and a patient arriving at the same time you’re about to close for the day, however, the look on the front desk lady’s face made me really realize that no one cares about you even the ones supposed to be in the field of “caring”she looked at my son like the biggest inconvenience of her life... read more
I went in on the evening of Monday May 19th. The woman at the front desk was extremely aggressive and inconsiderate, showing little sign of empathy and compassion. The standard of care at this facility is horrible, do yourself a favor and go down the street to the Swedish facility they were welcoming compassionate and highly skilled. I used to work at an Evergreen hospital and thought standard of care was universal throughout the system, it absolutely is not.
