Walked in at 6:30 for a cat bite and they said they weren’t taking anymore patients.
My husband had a temperature 101, we arrived at 7:15pm and they refused to take us, by telling some strange excuses and they are open till 7:45pm. Just a horrible attitude. Don’t recommend this place. Avoid it!
"Incredibly dangerous experience here. Arrived at 6:00 PM with severe, serious pain and the front desk staff rudely turned me away claiming they 'were full.' Completely unwelcoming, unprofessional,Avoid this place if you have an actual medical emergency
Had a very bad experience here. My child broke his hand, but the nurse assumed it was nursemaid's elbow without even ordering an X-ray first. They actually tried to manipulate and "fix" his elbow when the real issue was a fracture in his hand. Misdiagnosing a broken bone and attempting a painful physical procedure without proper imaging is incredibly negligent. We will not be returning, and I highly caution any parent bringing their children here for orthopedic injuries.
