We came in to ease our minds about some intense back pain and saw PA Sinrita (couldn’t see last name) and she was SO fabulous. Her warm welcome and energy put us at ease before she even began asking questions. She didn’t discredit any of our potentially silly worries and addressed us with care and as if the issues we brought up were worth addressing completely. She was clear, comprehensive, and so incredibly kind. We both left wishing she could be our PCP! What a kind and attentive professional.
Called Evergreen Health Urgent Care Kenmore on Saturday 1/10/26. Called first time at 10:02am, someone didn't answer call but put me into voice mail. Called again at 10:05am and the same thing happened. Called at 10:07 I was on hold for 24 minutes with no answer) and same thing happened with someone manually and purposefully would put me in voice mail without answering the call. I was here for a different appointment, but I wanted to single out the urgent care staff member checking people in. Parker was kind, calm, reassuring, efficient, and helpful! His welcoming, professional demeanor made a difference to the whole waiting room. He is an outstanding example of a healthcare employee. Thank you, Parker!
Great service, the PA was very helpful with my intense back pain and got me a shot of tordul, imaging department was great too and got me a disk of images for my chiropractor, although a micro usb would be easier to use these days than a cd as a small suggest, but overall I’m happy with the experience.
