Go up 405 to overlake or anywhere but here. They do not listen , do not help you and honestly are not personal for your needs at all. Do not count on any true answers for your issue and if you have an appointment , even scheduled months out, do not think you will actually get in. I was scheduled months out and then would get cancelled morning of and then would not get rescheduled right away even after talking to the supervisor. This happened more than once . If my review was based on the billing at Evergreen, my review would look the same as others. But my review is based on the physician that saw me, Dr. K Weaver. One of the first doctors that has listened to me and actually made me feel heard. His expertise made me feel at ease knowing that results are in the near future. There are steps to recovery, which may seem strenuous and expensive to some, but Dr. Weaver will ensure you're taking the right steps and not just "spinning your wheels" (or spending your cash).
WARNING DO NOT GO HERE if you don't want to pay $600 for your visit. I would give 0 star for this place if I could. It was a mistake for me to go to this facility for my finger pain. My visit with the Dr. last about 5 minutes and I was billed for 45 minutes. I received 2 separately bills. One for the office visit and second one is for Hospital based, total for both is about $600 and I asked them to waive it. The outcome was that I have to pay for it. This is insane! I feel like being ripped off and frustrating! Lesson learne... read more
