The people at the front desk are always nice (though they have this "clique" thing about them when they aren't talking directly to you). I had Sally Edwards forever (loved her) until she retired and of course I got pinned with Knox (I had her once before and I told her I thought I had an ulcer; she treated me like one of those people whose just over paranoid then "humored" me by taking a test that came back positive) and long story short she made me cry. Had the absolute worst doctor experience of my entire 24 year old life at this clinic with Doctor Kristen Knox. When she came into the patient room to talk to me, the first thing she said when she sat down was, "So, why are you here?" and looked at me like I had a third eye. I reiterated to her what I had just told her nurse, and told her I wasn't sure what answer she was looking for.
