I went to Evergreen Primary Care for my annual wellness exam, which by law and under my insurance should be a no-cost preventive service. Instead, I was incorrectly billed $304 as a “specialist visit.” When I raised this with billing, I was told this was the specialist visit. Looking at other reviews, it seems I am not the only patient who has experienced this issue. This raises serious concerns about their billing ethics and transparency. Rude front desk - one person removed the notes of extra conditions and then another receptionist asked to be added. The guy then started making stuff and asked me if that is what it was in notes before. They charge extra for any conditions discussed in addition to wellness exam. I have never seen that in 15 years of experience of getting health exams done in New York/ NJ. Awful experience coming here.
Dr. Jeremiah Pamer is the literal best doctor you could have. Want to be treated like a human being and tired of being gaslit? Become an Evergreen patient and you no longer need worry.
Evergreen has really went downhill! I had a meeting with my primary care provider through video, I was told to go to the location of my primary care and physician but give a call before to inform them I am coming in. When giving a call the receptionist stated that I go to the Woodinville location because it is closer. I have talked to five people at this location and have waited over an hour at this location and had not been seen.
