Very unhappy that my pharmacy says they called and asked about renewals in my prescriptions and never got a call back. It’s Thursday and now I’m out of my prescription. Who’s to blame it’s not me….
I would not recommend this place or doctors. Dr Vasquez gave me the wrong prescription and I had SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS. When I let her know, there was no follow up. No message or phone call to see how I was and NO APOLOGY. Again, wouldn't recommend the doctors especially Dr Vasquez.
I met with Dr.Kim who was kind and informative about my health and needs. She also went through the billing process with me to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for the wrong service. The front desk was friendly and polite.
Billed me $600 for an annual wellness exam. The first time I came here last year, they billed an annual exam as an office visit, so that ended up costing me out of pocket. I thought it was my fault not specifying what type of visit I’m seeking, and Dr Palmer was nice, so I didnt dispute. This time around though I made sure to specify it’s an annual exam but again they’ve billed for even more codes. What a deceiving practice!!
