After being referred to LabCorp by two specialists outside the Evergreen network, I had two frustrating experiences in a single day—one with a very rude phlebotomist and another where I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to find the door locked. I will never come here again. Urgent care staff and front desk staff are so rude. I was not informed that my doctor no longer worked there (I had a baby and did not need to see her as I was seeing my OB). The office did not let me know she wasn’t there anymore until I called confused about why my prescription refills were not being taken care of at the pharmacy. the lab staff is so rude.
Our Doctor is okay, if you can get in to see him. When we call to schedule any non-urgent appointment, we are given options 3-4 months in the future; it's comical. My wife called to make an appointment for one of our children, whom they have seen before, and the receptionist referred to our son as a "new patient." Despite my wife explaining he had been seen by our family doctor at this location before, the receptionist continued referring to him as a new patient. Please AVOID this place if you can. Would give this place zero stars if that option was available. You'll get service you didn't ask for, you'll get over billed and the customer service will not help you. I'm posting a complaint in BBB, so will not post names yet, but I will, once I hear back from BBB. Stand by... I posted my review, without looking at other reviews.
