Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced at a doctors office, the front desk staff were gossiping about medications patients used and patients, and the lab staff were very unprofessional and very rude, talked to me like they were scolding me and treated me with no respect whatsoever. I love my primary doctor and I bet the other primary doctors there are ok, but the desk staff and the nurses and lab staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I go to physical therapy there abd the therapists are amazing. If you need a hand specialist, ask for Julia.
Do NOT go to Evergreen. Their billing is awful, absolutely unhelpful. They told us that they were in network with Aetna but Aetna is adamant THEY ARE NOT. Now, we are left with a huge bill that Aetna refuses to pay, and Evergreen refuses to fix. Per an hour long call with Aetna, Evergreen IS NOT IN NETWORK with Aetna.
(I don’t typically review places) Doctors and nurse staff are amazing, it’s the women at the front desk (most always sits on the far right primary care side behind the screen) she is so confrontational and rude, she butts in when not spoken too.
