This for the primary care side. Every time I go there I feel like im have to fight just to get the care I require. I get the sense if I don't make an appointment for a direct reason they wont address the issue. An they give u a two issue limit, or what ever they can squeeze into 20ish mins. For example my high blood pressure, I often get hyper tension readings. Ive not yet had time to make an appointment just for it. Dishonest billing practices. I went for a physical and said I have no issues. Dr Wei brought up cholesterol trying to push statins which I said no to. They billed for an extra office visit on top of the charge for the physical since HE brought up cholesterol. Total visit lasted a few minutes. Check your statements as I'm sure this type of dishonest billing isnt a one off. If you read more of the reviews you will notice this is a trend with this facility and Dr Wei. She answered all my questions and helped me decide on a treatment plan. And she promptly answered a question I asked through their online portal.
