Dr Sonja and technician Edwin took a very bad day for me and helped me through it. I appreciated the time, care, and uplifting spirits as I was x-rayed, irrigated and stitched. Very greatful that even though I had an accident I ended up in their care. They were able to explain all steps to ease my worries. I was in such good hands. Thank you!
I went to Monroe Evergreen ER because I was having seere neck and shoulder pain, couldn't keep anything down , arms were going numb, couldn't keep meds down, had a stomach ache, Short of breath. They did a bunch of tests and sent me home , told me to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours. 2 days later, same problems but my fingers were tingling and my feet are retaining water, so I called the ER first told them what was going on they said to come back so I did....they did a bunch more tests saw 2 different Drs , they... read more
This place is so terrible you mentioned that you drank some alcohol and now you have an alcohol disorder and they’re gonna claim all this false stuff. I went in there and it had nothing to do with alcohol at all. I thought I was an important factor to add in. And my blood work and pee test did not come in great and they did no further testing instead just said I had an alcohol disorder and refused to talk to a social worker when that was not an option and I wouldn’t have spoken to one anyways, because I do not have an alcoho... read more
I brought my mom in because she was in severe pain and close to passing out. From the moment we walked in the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and had a very unprofessional attitude. There was no sense of urgency or concern for my mom at all. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. My mom has been here before and the doctors were no help and dismissed her concerns instead of taking them seriously. Even in a high-stress emergency setting, the team works with calm, precision, and compassion. I especially want to recognize Dr. Maletta Swank.
