We went in for a shoulder dislocation after skiing and had a great experience. The staff was prompt, friendly, and empathetic the whole time and got us in and out much faster than expected. Very thankful for their care.
This place is awful. Call in at 230am, 1st prompt is to speak to a nurse consultant, but there isn't one. The woman on the phone refused to give her name. Suggested I call 911 for a non emergency situation.
The receptionist was so unprofessional, there was no one at the desk so I kept calling for someone and she was like why are you doing that? And then she had an attitude. The nurse and Doctor had an attitude as well, they did not like me asking questions and made faces. This is the first time I write a review for an ER but I’m so disappointed with their unprofessionalism and disregard of my concern and my pain.
