The ER HAS A TERIBLE attitude the patient I brought in was a nurse and they had no sense of urgency she couldn’t even get into triage until she asked absolutely ridiculous terrible don’t come here

Evergreen Health's Hospice program has been the best of support for my mother. Once we enrolled my mother, RN Dee, Social Worker Kristen, Aide Ahlam, all were consistently and without fail visited my mom at her Adult Family Home facility every week. Their service, support, expert advice, expert followup, caring procedures all helped my mother live a comfort period to her life. Thank you so much Evergreen Hospice. Your message of "Let the grace of God be with you..." has been so wonderfully received.

the medical care is exemplary. My issue is with finding places within the large facility. A paper map just doesn’t cut it in a place that big. You need to place some signage with YOU ARE HERE indicators. My husband and myself literally got lost trying to find the cafeteria. Even asking for help multiple times. Then returning to my daughter’s room same thing! More signage is sorely needed.

84 is a normal blood sugar??? They wouldn't even consult with a endocrinologist before kicking me out the door.
