Shout out to Marti at the front desk for taking care of our family. Marti showed nothing but kindness and was so helpful with our last-minute (but urgent) needs. Doctors here have been wonderful to work with and are always on top of it.
Every doctor I have met here has been quick, professional and friendly. I need to go in with a list of questions and not be shy about asking them- they are always in such a rush. My complaint is with BILLING. I received a bill in the mail for lab services, and checked my mychart. There, I have many hospitals from multiple states linked and I can see messages from them and my lab results. I didnt see it there, so messaged them to ask if this was a scam. Some bloke on the call booked an appointment for 8 in the morning for our 9 month old and when we showed up, we were told they don’t see kids under 18 years old. Why would you book an appointment when you aren’t competent to handle infants? Why would you not call and inform the parents that you made a mistake before they arrive at the hospital after paying $50 for taxi? I don’t recommend these incompetent people.
