Some bloke on the call booked an appointment for 8 in the morning for our 9 month old and when we showed up, we were told they don’t see kids under 18 years old. Why would you book an appointment when you aren’t competent to handle infants? Why would you not call and inform the parents that you made a mistake before they arrive at the hospital after paying $50 for taxi? I don’t recommend these incompetent people.
The doctors are competent
I've been trying to reschedule an appointment for over a week and can't get anyone to answer the phone. There's an option for a call back, but no one calls back. How is someone supposed to cancel or reschedule an appointment?!
I tried to call and cancel my appointment. When you call, you can either wait in hold, or leave your number. I waited for 20 minutes, before leaving my number. They called back a hour or so later, and I missed the call. I called again later, waited on hold for a half hour, and left my number. Of course, they called back when I was busy. Lol
