I have been successfully treated for migraines with excellent care by Dr. Jason Poon and his assistants for several years. All contact with the facility has been positive. Sometimes I may need to wait but am always given full attention when it's my turn.

Don't bother calling to make an appointment. These guys just don't pick up the phone AT ALL. This is the 3rd day in a row I'm calling (all in normal business hours) and I had been waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes in every instance before giving up and hanging up.

I was going to schedule an appointment here for an evaluation of my spine, but after reading the reviews, I was horrified by what I read. No thank you. J. Koval

The doctors are truly excellent, but the staff there are just terrible. They don’t answer the phone, and even if I leave a message, no one ever calls back. When I call the hospital’s main number, I’m left waiting 15 to 20 minutes and not a single person picks up. Instead, like a broken record, I just hear the same message telling me to hold, over and over again. Honestly, this hospital’s phone system is absolutely infuriating.
