If you or a loved one have time-sensitive neurology needs, please seek care elsewhere. This office has no regard for your time or urgency. Despite internal referrals through the Evergreen medical network, my spouse has had two separate initial neurology appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice after weeks and months of waiting (see other reviews for the same pattern). The doctors may be great but we are learning our lesson and moving on.

Dr Park is amazingly knowledgeable & empathetic. He’s helped me through chronic migraine treatment and other health challenges, he’s a God-send.

Staff here is absolutely top notch. I have seen both Dr. Poon and Dr. Bullock and they both provided outstanding, comprehensive, patient-focused care. Im grateful to have found them both. Special thanks to Kalena for her fantastic attention to detail and ready smile, and to Chase on the EEG side who was knowledgeable, efficient and patient. I agree that appointments can be difficult to book, but in my opinion that is a result of insufficient resources for the community demand and not the result of any staff shortcomings.

My spouse was admitted to the ER and needed to follow up with Neurology ASAP. Schedule was close to a month out. Less than 24 hours before the appointment she gets a text that her visit was cancelled and to call to rebook. Scheduled another 3 weeks out they said was the earliest they could do. So if you are a patient and cancel your appointment 24 hours before you get charged. They can cancel without any repercussions and do not put priority to patients needing immediate patient care.
