Couldn't have had a better experience for my first mammogram. Total time in the clinic was 24 minutes - couldn't believe it! Nikki was positive, explained everything clearly, talked about what to expect for follow up, and shared information about how many women get call backs following their first mammogram. I felt safe with her and my comfort was clearly a priority. Her thoroughness saved me a lot of stress, because I was one of the 30-40% of "first timers" who get a call back. I absolutely recommend coming to this location. After reading reviews from the Kirland location, this one felt like the way to go and glad I did. This was my first time for a mammogram. I was slightly nervous and didn't know what to expect. Walked in and was greeted immediately and then walked back to the waiting area where Maggie picked me up. The Kenmore location is perfect for the first mammogram thanks to the amazing technologist Nicky. Nicky took her time to explain every step of the procedure and what to expect afterwards. She was very courteous and very professional. She treats patients with respect and compassion. I had my first mammogram at Kenmore location and had a callback for the second one to be performed in Kirkland location. I definitely felt the difference between two locations. This location and techs are AMAZING and really do everything they can to make the best of the one of the most uncomfortable type of appointments. Compared to the Kirkland location, which is a one star in my opinion, the tech here, took the time to walk you through EVERYTHING.
