I would advise not going to any Evergreen locations. I've been to at least five over the years. I've been to this location many times and most of their staff are terrible. This includes the schedules and the person who checks people in at the lab. Talk about HIPAA violations across the board. They're sloppy with not signing out of Epic after they leave the room, which means anyone can look through tour chart (or anyone else's, for that matter). Giving one star just for the good doctor's and nursing staff. Worst hospital administration if you are unsure for insurance coverage. Be prepared to receive receive random unorganized bills from hospital months after the service. Many times they won't let you pay upfront for copay, and send a bill later. Billing department and insurance coverage is way complicated here. They have separate numbers for each of the bill (lab/testing copay/scan) and you will have to keep calling each number just to understand your bill. It's fru... read more
My husband and I have had many excellent appointments with EvergreenHealth Primary Care in Redmond. We have been patients there for about 15 years and are now in our 80s. Our PC provider is a PA and is wonderful. We are so grateful for the care we receive at EHPC.
I really loved this place and the staff came to them despite the fact that I live far away. But yesterday's visit touched me, this Does not concern the DOCTOR or the employee who did our CT scan, she is very polite. My disappointment concerns only the nurse who did and administered the IV, I want to say that she speaks very rudely, laughed at us when I asked to give us a blanket because it was cold, I would have returned the blanket, I just wanted to cover my son until the car because he was shaking all over.
