Visited the lab and was quickly in. Little waiting. Employee ar the imaging desk was useless
Went there for annual checkup, visit was good but Billing is so messed up. They sent bill to old insurance even after mentioning it twice before an d after appointment. When they corrected it to new insurance, They changed appointment type so insurance will not cover it.
Update 2/6: Contested this to no avail. Was told by the billing office that because the doctor answered a question within my physical examination that is why I was charged extra. Apparently you can't ask or answer any questions at this facility at all or you will be charged extra. Even if the doctor asks you a question do not respond or risk being billed. Absolutely awful experience. We've been long time patients for over 10 years and were just treated like garbage. We booked over a month in advance, got everything confirmed, including an estimate on out of pocket costs. When we arrived for the appointment they cancelled it and told us we could not see our doctor. They did not assist us in anyway and were rude to us. They didn't try to help us and kept telling us to call the manager but also the manager wouldn't help us. They treated my wife like she was worth nothing. In the... read more
