We built a new construction home at Lake Anna and the building process was smooth and uneventful - which is a good thing. The home was delivered on time with no surprises. The only hiccup we had was when the kitchen appliance package we chose was discontinued, Evergreene did not honor the price we had chosen for the discontinued package; therefore, we paid more for our kitchen package and did not receive what we originally wanted. Other than that the staff was very helpful and friendly and we love our new home.
