We recently moved into our new home in the Atlantic East community in Lewes, DE. I am writing this review to express our appreciation for the fine quality of work and attention to detail that Evergreene Home Builders brought to the job. We love our new Evergreene home in the Atlantic East community in Lewes, Delaware. From a selection of roughly 10 different home styles, we selected the Sandpiper model for ourselves. The home designs and options are wonderful, making it challenging to decide between models and interior design options. The first floor of the homes are roughly 10 feet off the ground as they are built on pilings; the garage is on the ground level. Our experience with the entire Evergreene team was fantastic! When we had a question, we always received a prompt response. I was a bit leary of building a new home on our waterfront lot and all the necessary paperwork needed to build being so close to the water and also due to our first home being in PA and not being able to visit the ongoing phases of construction, but receiving the weekly project updates and photos was awesome!!! Evergreene homes was excellent in the entire process- start to finish and beyond. I started with a home on my own lot and rebuilt on the same lot. Pete Khalaf was awesome and would recommend reaching out to him. I started with the Evergreene Bayberry model and significantly modified it. Pete made the whole process easy.
