They have bad customer service at this one. The other one they're so nice. But theyre are a few that make me so uncomfortable here. Yall really need to reevaluate...
Not a very good bank or credit union :p Friendly if opinionated and wrong-headed people I guess but idk not very accommodating to like idk normal banking needs. Very fast and loose with identity account info and stuff had my info leaked like right away. Overall meh
Froze my account. My wife died over two years ago They froze it when I thought I sent them a legal document that would have solved the problem.No notice just froze the account.With them over 40 years
Worse bank ever. I wish I would of closed my account a long time ago, as they have always had the worst customer service ever, especially when filing claims. They have like 5 people that run 2 banks so no one can ever help you. When you have a claim you literally have to beg someoene to talk to you just to file it and then they won't honor you as their long time customer they will still treat you as if you are under investigation.
