UPDATE: I have now been living here for 6 years. New management nitpicks every tiny little thing. You have a broken window shade INSIDE your house? You get a notice. You leave something outside for a minute, you get a notice. Threatening to fine you. Community is fantastic. just messy and unprofessional. I called multiple times about a tree that was very close to breaking and could possibly hurt someone. They did not come and work on it. Then a snowstorm came and it fell over my yard. They cut the tree up and threw it in the woods directly behind our home and then everything it broke on my property. They left not to mention the very next day they had someone taking town a tree on our court. I don’t understand why they just didn’t have them clean up the broken trees and get rid of them.
The neighbors are great. But they are lazy keeping up with water clean up. They plowed triple the snow at your car. They don’t care if you fall.They raise the association fee and do shit. Never did are sidewalks today. Ice all over. I love the neighbors but it’s all about money for management. They don’t care if people get hurt cause of laziness of cleaning up ice and snow. 3 years. $190 to $280. I gotten two running injuries running in this development. They didn’t care.
