I live here for a little more than a year and they have raised the HOA 2 times ... from 190 to 209 to 270 .. is ridiculous, everything look not very well taken care of, people with dogs have them poop anywhere they want and sometimes leave poop behind for someone else to clean ... is my first time living in a place like this and so far is horrible.. parking is a disaster... some people has 3 , 4 ,5 even 6 cars for family and take all parking spots..plus commercial vehicles also parks where they're not supposed to..

lol, pool 2 been closed like 3 yrs now,, and to date is still closed. pool 3 isn't even filled,,
